Cancellations

Missed appointments can prevent us from having the opportunity to see other sick children who require an appointment and are a cost to our office. We request that you cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Our staff will attempt to call and remind you of your upcoming appointments; however, it is your responsibility to keep a scheduled appointment.

A $25 charge will be incurred for missed appointments or failure to cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Persistent missed appointments may result in discharge from the practice. Remember that appointments canceled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will NOT incur a no-show fee.
