Routine Well Child Exam Schedule

We recommend our patients follow this schedule for well visit check-ups. Age appropriate developmental screenings will be performed at each well visit.

Youth Pediatric Symptom Checklist (Y-PSC) - Ages 11 and up

MCHAT   18 month and 2 year visit

  • 1 year
  • 15 months
  • 18 months
  • 2 years
  • 2 1/2 years
  • 3 years

After the three-year check-up, the child should be seen once a year for a well-child visit.
